Life Coaching and Personal Development

Group psychic/spiritual development classes work for many people but if you feel a more individual approach would work better for you, Ros offers a unique opportunity for developing your gifts and finding your path on a one to one basis.

My wish is entirely to use my abilities as healer, coach, medium and artist to assist others - healers, mediums and all light workers - and if you are reading this page, that is surely what you are - to shine ever more brightly in these challenging times - so you may be uplifted, receive essential insights and stay happy, clear, focused and strong.

How it works

One to one sessions are very powerful and Ros and her guides, work intuitively with you and your guides to support and encourage you at this stage of your spiritual journey. Ros’s role is facilitator for you and channel for your guides. Ros’s guides are her helpers and they also mentor your guides.

You may imagine a spiritual circle with you at the centre of focus. Your spirit guides, Ros and her spirit guides are there for you so that you can find the inner guidance, insight and direction you are seeking. Sessions combine intuition (which is driven my intention for your highest good and your intention that you bring to the coaching sessions.) with a strategy that will be deifned by your requirements from coaching sessions.  

Coupled with Ros’s trained skills as a life coach, reiki master and stress management professional she brings her unique ability to channel art, healing and clairvoyance, where useful,  to the table.

Is £50 per hour.
