Rosalind is a Reiki Master Practitioner. Through a series of meditations she was taught directly by spirit guides to communicate with them using art, visions, symbols, thoughts and feelings. Rosalind was told that the healing energy of these guides was being channelled directly into the pictures and held in the very fabric of the colours and paper.

People have described this as feeling like a physical warmth or tingling. Some who have meditated with their picture have experienced meeting their spirit guide or say they have received insights or answers. Others have felt they are receiving healing whilst in the picture’s presence.
